Could this tube top be worn as a short dress or TOO short for that purpose?
Hi Olivia, the length of this tube top is 21.5 inches (52.5cm) and the width is 10 inches (26cm) when measured flat.So it could be worn as a mini dress if you're petite or just a plain top if you're much taller.
